Saturn Blue

"Saturn Blue"
", a 12"x12"x1.5" mixed
media and resin piece, was
spontaneously created while pouring tinted resin for three much larger pieces. The abundance of tinted resin was not wasted, but rather used to create this beautiful piece, with multiple layers of resin, alcohol ink and acrylics, giving it an abundance of depth, much like traveling through the many layers of Saturn's rings.
